Hans' Bar & Grill offers a seasonal A la carte menu, rooted in British produce and underpinned by Head Chef, Adam England's classical cookery skills. For early risers and weekend shoppers alike, Adam and his team have created a breakfast and brunch menu, available weekdays from 7am and from 7.30am at weekends.The Menu
Adam England showed signs of culinary flair from a young age. In 2014 he moved to London in order to hone his skills at Le Pont de la Tour, quickly progressing from Sous Chef to Head Chef. He was then appointed Executive Sous Chef at the boutique five-star South Place Hotel in December 2016, and is now proud to be Head Chef at Hans' Bar & Grill.The Chef
Simon Smith held various positions across the country before being appointed Assistant Restaurant Manager at Michelin starred, Maze. It was during his four and a half years within the Gordon Ramsay Group that he really honed his skills across several of the groups top restaurants, working alongside some of London’s best chefs. He then went on to work at iconic restaurants Hakkasan and Berners Tavern, and now takes up the helm as Restaurant General Manager of Hans' Bar & Grill.
Our menus feature chocolate inspired drinks and desserts, inspired by Sir Hans Sloane who first encountered cacao in Jamaica. Sir Hans devised his own recipe for mixing chocolate with milk which was sold by London grocers as a medicinal elixir in the 1750's.
